Condi food and cosine develop strain sensor for Shell

Following the development of a remote humidity sensor by cosine, Condi has developed together with cosine a second version of the sensor to measure strain in bent composite pipes. The sensors make use of Radio-frequency identification (RIFD) technology. This was instrumental in helping Shell monitor the health of their composite materials and mitigate potential damage risks. Casper van der Horst is op 1 november 2022 gestart als hardware/software engineer bij Condi food. De eerste 2 maanden werkte hij gedurende 2 dagen per week en was bezig met het afronden van zijn Master embedded systems aan de TU Delft. In 2018 heeft hij zijn bachelor electrical engineering gehaald aan de TU Delft Casper vindt het belangrijk dat hij zijn kennis van de beide opleidingen goed een plek kan geven.
