Taste determination of tomatoes

Use case
Cherry tomatoes are harvested based on color. After arriving in the packaging facility the tomatoes are sorted based on size and color, while taste is also essential to the consumer.

Technology
The Condimeter scans the tomatoes and determines the relevant characteristics in real time, such as taste, brix value, TA and pH.

Cherry tomatoes can be assessed objectively for taste determination, both on the basis of sampling and in real-time and inline for all tomatoes to be packaged.
